Pre-Order Policy

Thanks so much for being a part of Elizabeth Row! We’re so so excited to be able to offer pre-orders for our newest collection drops and our restocks. Here's some of the most common questions we get about what pre-orders are and how they work:

1. What is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order allows you to reserve items from our upcoming collection drops or our restocks before they are officially released. By pre-ordering, you ensure that you’ll receive your desired items as soon as they become available and almost always at a much bigger discount than any of our regular prices or even our sales.

Our pre-orders run on a thirty day timeline + shipping and production times, so typically if you were to order an item at the very beginning of our pre-order drop, you'll likely receive it 60-90 days later. 


2. Pre-Order Timeline

If that sounds like a long time, trust me, we get it, and you can always wait for the official drop and get your items in the usual time for our ready-to-ship stock, but you may miss out on your size if it sells out and you won't be getting the pre-order discount, so if you can wait, we highly recommend you pre-order.

It's also important to note that these dates are flexible and may change (especially during busy times of year or when the weather is bad), but we promise to always keep you updated about any delays or if we expect our stock to be arriving sooner!

 

3. How Pre-Orders Work

  • When you place a pre-order, you will be charged immediately for the full amount of your order.
  • Pre-order items will be shipped once they are ready and available, according to the estimated shipping date.
  • All pre-order items will be clearly marked as “Pre-order” on the product page to distinguish them from in-stock and ready-to-ship items.

4. Payment

  • Full payment is required at the time of pre-order.
  • If you use a discount code, it will be applied at checkout, unless otherwise specified.

5. Cancellations & Changes

  • Pre-orders can be canceled or changed within 3 days after placing the order. To cancel or make changes, please contact us at hello@elizabethrow.com and put "Pre-Order" in the subject of your email.
  • After this period, cancellations or changes may not be possible, as production will likely have already begun.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Pre-order items will ship as soon as they are available.
  • The estimated shipping date is based on our current production timelines but is subject to change. If any delays occur, we will notify you as soon as possible by email.
  • Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at hello@elizabethrow.com within 3 days of receiving your order.

8. Exchanges & Returns

  • Pre-order items are eligible for exchange or return within 30 days of receipt, as long as the items are in unused and unworn condition with all original tags attached.

9. Limited Quantities

  • Some pre-order items may be limited edition or available in limited quantities. Once pre-order slots are filled, items may not be restocked.
